The person who answers the phone will give you a realistic time, not an optimistic one, and will usually talk you through isolating the water while you wait.
Emergency call-outs are €95, which covers the first hour on site. There is no call-out charge at all on planned work you go ahead with, and we never apply a weekend or bank holiday surcharge. Anything beyond the first hour is quoted and agreed with you before we continue.
Yes, in writing, every time. For planned work we either survey the property or quote from photos and measurements. If we underestimate the job, that is our cost to absorb — you pay the figure you agreed.
We are. Every gas installation and service is carried out by an RGI-registered installer and the certificate is lodged and issued to you the same day. We are also Safe Electric registered for the electrical elements of bathroom and boiler work.
A typical family bathroom runs eight to twelve days from strip-out to handover, depending on tiling and whether the layout changes. We give you a day-by-day schedule before we start and a single point of contact for the whole job.

Our workmanship on everything we install. Manufacturer warranties on boilers and fittings run separately and are usually two to ten years. The guarantee is registered in your name on completion and stands regardless of which of our plumbers did the work.
Routinely. On bathroom projects we coordinate the tiler and electrician ourselves so the sequencing works. If you already have trades booked, we will fit around their dates and talk to them directly rather than through you.
